RENT TO OWN
We offer a Rent-to-Own Program with all of our wood framed buildings and some of our metal framed buildings, where customers can rent instead of purchasing outright. The process is simple. The customer pays an affordable downpayment with no credit check! There is a rental fee that is applied to each payment but any payment made above the minimum payment is applied directly to your building. There are no pre-pay penalties or fees.
RENT-TO-OWN CUSTOMERS HAVE THE OPTION TO:
Orders take on average 4 weeks (but can be up to six weeks in the spring and summer; shorter in the winter). A delivery professional will contact you a few days before delivery to schedule a date and approximate time.
Our delivery crews are not responsible for damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to each customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable and the ground is level.
Our drivers carry limited blocking equipment for adjustments of only a couple of inches. Boards, cinder blocks or larger materials must be provided by the customer and set in place when delivery occurs.
AAA Sheds & Shanties, LLC, along with our builders and drivers, is not responsible for permits (through your city or county) or homeowners association rules and covenants. It is up to the customer individually to acquire required permits prior to placing an order. Customer should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on their property. Customer will incur chargers if drivers are called to come back to move a building.
